Getting Trident out of Scotland is still a central issue of the Scottish Independence campaign. Jonathon Shafi talks to Yes Southside Glasgow about why our anti-Trident stance needs strengthening and updating to fit our current political & economic situation.
He thinks the Yes Movement should be reflecting on all the reasons for getting rid of Trident from Scottish soil. It’s always been a central part of the Indy movement but now, post-Covid, he reckons there additional reasons for that central position. Moreover he reckons that those reasons will bring more people over to Yes.
